Celebrating Sukkot with PJ Library

Sukkot is the festival where Jewish families build a sukkah — a temporary hut with an open roof of branches and an open side to welcome guests. Families share meals in the sukkah, a reminder of how the Children of Israel lived after fleeing slavery in Egypt.
