3 Ways to Make Your Rosh Hashanah Table More Festive

Number One

Involve the children with beautifying the table. If they are old enough, they can help with the cutlery, crockery and other tableware, but children of all ages can make these (delicious!) place settings. Ditch paper place cards for personalised pomegranates. All you need are permanent markers – we think this gold pen looks great.

Number Two

Kids will be bowled over by this idea for apples and honey. Trim the top and bottom of an apple and hollow it out with a spoon or melon baller. Brush the inside with lemon juice, and fill with honey. Slice more apples for dipping.

Number Three

Use autumnal coloured napkins to brighten up the table. Why not include a honey stick with your cutlery to sweeten up the decoration?
